- Change Management
Change management as a discipline has evolved and matured over the past quarter of a century.
Research tells us that for changes to be successful, we must prepare, equip, and support
individuals moving through changes so that they successfully adopt the changes. Without
adoption, changes will not be successful, and we will not deliver the desired outcomes.
Change management is a method and set of techniques in which an organisation defines and
implements change within its internal and external processes for better results.
Employees will learn skills like conflict management, learn how to recognise and address
resistance to change, learn the process of working with stakeholders in Change Initiative and
enhance communication skills.
